These terms govern all commercial relationships between Parcolux and its B2B clients (brands, distributors, independent perfumers). They apply to both full private label manufacturing and contract filling services.
All projects begin with a custom quote, issued after a qualification meeting. A quote is valid for 30 days. Orders are firm and final upon signature of the quote and payment of the initial deposit.
Standard payment terms: 40% deposit at order, 30% at prototype validation, 30% at delivery. Payment by bank transfer. Late payment triggers penalties at 3× the legal rate.
Lead times are communicated project by project. Typical reference: 8 weeks for complete Private Label, 1 week filling + 4-6 weeks maceration for contract manufacturing. Lead times start from receipt of deposit and validation of the technical brief.
All products are manufactured in compliance with ISO 22716 (Good Manufacturing Practices). A quality control certificate is issued for each batch.
All exchanged information (formulas, briefs, client data) is kept strictly confidential. A specific NDA can be signed on request.
Unless otherwise stated, formulas developed for a client remain the exclusive property of Parcolux. Exclusivity and transfer of rights may be negotiated separately.
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
